From helping you decide which MYOB product is right for you, to the entry of your very first invoice right through to the preparation of your BAS statement & tax return, we are there to support you! We are REGISTERD BAS AGENTS under the new 1/3/10 ATO legislation.

The following list describes just a few things that we do on a regular basis:

Supply & install the right MYOB product - There are a range of MYOB products such as MYOB Accounting, MYOB Premier, Retail Manager etc, as well as numerous associated software products that support & extend MYOB. We will work with you to ensure you make the right choice about which suite of products will serve your business the best. Once the decision is made we can supply and install the software for you, from a simple single-user system to multi-user network configurations & even systems requiring remote (Internet) access.
Set-up New Data File - Your company file will be designed to track the income & expenses that you want to see on your reports. Your last tax return from your accountant will also be incorporated so that he/she will easily understand your end of year reports. NB: Don't try to save on the setup costs! I have spent much of my past four years repairing data files that have not been setup correctly, you will save yourself a bundle in the long run if you get it right from the beginning.
Set-up Payroll - Setup payroll categories, superannuation, holiday & sick accrual accounts & employee details to best suit your business.
Set-up Inventory List - From scratch or using your current stock list. Most stock lists can be manipulated then imported into the MYOB inventory section for immediate use.
Customise Invoices / Statements - When finished, your invoices will look as you believe they should. Place your logo, remittance advice or other important information on your invoices.
Training & Consulting in MYOB - One on one tutoring in your office or ours. Help from day one or just with an area that you haven't yet mastered. Keep a list of questions beside your computer then book in for a session to fine tune your skills. Regular MYOB courses are also held at our training centre.
Business Activity & Instalment Activity Statements - We can prepare and lodge your BAS returns as a registered BAS AGENT. Any questions answered. Annual support packages for our client take the worry away - priority bookings and lots of bonuses.
End of Year Reports - All entries are checked then reports are printed & sent to your accountant (we know how they like it!). A backup of the data file will be sent with the reports & one kept for archiving.
Rollover Data File - After you have received your End of Year financial reports from your accountant, your accountant's adjustments are entered then your data file is rolled over.
