COURSE DESCRIPTIONThis one day course is designed for people who already use MYOB or have previously attended a MYOB Accounting course & now wish to increase their understanding of MYOB's core features, including GST & BAS & the Banking, Sales, Purchases & Card file Command Centres, as well as learning about intermediate MYOB features such as file management, error correction & difficult GST issues. COURSE OUTCOMESAt the completion of this course participants will be able to Learning Outcomes:
- Setting up a MYOB data file effectively
- Using the MYOB Company Data Auditor
- Reconciling bank accounts & correcting errors
- Correcting mistakes & balancing Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Balancing Payroll so that End of Year Payment Summaries are correct
- Understanding GST & BAS in depth
- Correctly preparing & balancing the BAS
- Advanced Reporting
- Sending reports to Excel & preparing graphs
- End of Financial Year preparation & rollover
- Appendix 1 in the manual: Reconciling Inventory (not covered in the course)
